Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Pad Save, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and sellers.
User Responsibility for Listings
Users are solely responsible for the listings they create. This includes the accuracy of descriptions, pricing, photos, condition details, and any claims made about the item. You must have the legal right to sell or trade any item you list.
Marketplace, Not the Seller
Pad Save operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace. We are not the seller, buyer, or a party to any transaction. We do not take possession of items, handle payments directly, or guarantee that any transaction will be completed successfully.
No Guarantee of Item Quality
We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, authenticity, safety, or condition of any item listed on Pad Save. Buyers are responsible for evaluating listings, asking questions, and arranging satisfactory inspection or verification before completing a purchase or trade.
Removal of Listings
We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, without prior notice. This includes listings that appear inaccurate, misleading, suspicious, duplicated, or otherwise harmful to the community or platform.
Prohibited Items
We will remove any listing that violates our prohibited-items policy. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal goods, counterfeit products, stolen property, hazardous materials, weapons, and items that do not relate to hockey goaltending equipment or approved marketplace categories.
Account Termination
We have the ability to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or otherwise harms the Pad Save community. Termination may occur with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pad Save and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any transaction, or any dispute between users.
Dispute Process
We handle the dispute process between users when issues arise. While we will review reports and take appropriate action, we are not responsible for resolving financial disputes or enforcing private agreements between buyers and sellers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Pad Save after changes means you accept the revised terms.
